By attending the Smile PARADISE Dance Festival, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Smile PARADISE Dance Festival involves certain inherent risks. Attendees willingly accept these risks and take full responsibility for their safety during the event.
- Release of Liability: Attendees waive any claims against the Smile PARADISE Organization, its directors, volunteers, and associated parties for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the event, including negligence.
- Personal Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities and ensuring they are in a suitable state of health for the activities involved. The decision to participate is made voluntarily and at one’s own discretion.
- Medical Treatment: Consent is given to the Smile PARADISE Organization to seek medical treatment on behalf of the participant in the case of an emergency.
- Compliance with Event Rules: Participants agree to abide by all event rules, creating a safe environment free from discrimination, harassment, or abuse. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone violating these principles.
- Indemnity Clause: Participants indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers against any liability or damages resulting from their participation or conduct during the event.
- Photo and Video Release: Participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. Smile PARADISE Organization reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional and archival purposes.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver and release of liability, which is binding and voluntary.
