🪶 Smile Paradise Dance Festival – Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By attending the Smile Paradise Dance Festival, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1️⃣ Assumption of Risk
Participation in dance activities involves inherent physical risks.
By attending, participants voluntarily assume all such risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, fatigue, or minor injuries, and accept full responsibility for their personal safety during the event.
2️⃣ Release of Liability
Participants hereby waive and release the Smile Paradise Organization, its organizers, directors, instructors, DJs, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for loss, injury, or damage — including those arising from negligence — occurring before, during, or after the event.
3️⃣ Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for evaluating their own physical condition and ensuring they are fit to participate in dance-related activities.
Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.
4️⃣ Medical Treatment
In the case of an emergency, participants authorize the Smile Paradise Organization to seek or arrange medical treatment on their behalf.
All related medical costs are the sole responsibility of the participant.
5️⃣ Compliance with Event Rules
Participants agree to follow all event rules and to uphold a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment.
Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone whose behavior violates the event’s Code of Conduct or endangers others.
6️⃣ Indemnity Clause
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Smile Paradise Organization and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their actions or participation during the festival.
7️⃣ Photo & Video Release
By entering the event premises, participants grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for use in future Smile Paradise promotional materials, media publications, and archives.
No financial compensation will be provided for the use of such images or recordings.
8️⃣ Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability.
This agreement is binding for the duration of their participation in the Smile Paradise Dance Festival.
