Smile PARADISE Dance Festival - Code of Conduct

💫 Smile Paradise Dance Festival – Code of Conduct

At Smile Paradise, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for everyone.

Whether you’re an instructor, DJ, artist, volunteer, or attendee, we all share the responsibility to uphold these values throughout the festival.

1️⃣ Mutual Respect

Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of gender, origin, race, background, religion, ability, or orientation.

Disrespect, intimidation, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

2️⃣ Zero Harassment

Harassment — verbal, physical, or digital — is strictly prohibited.

This includes unwanted attention, inappropriate comments, gestures, touching, or recording without consent.

Smile Paradise is a space of joy, not discomfort.

3️⃣ Consent is Essential

Dance is about connection — not assumption.

Always seek explicit consent before initiating or continuing close contact, dips, or intimate movements.

If your partner says “no” or seems uncomfortable, stop immediately and kindly switch energy or moves.

4️⃣ Inclusivity & Expression

Smile Paradise celebrates diversity.

Everyone should feel free to express themselves authentically — through dance, culture, and style — without judgment or exclusion.

Discrimination or prejudice in any form will not be accepted.

5️⃣ Reporting & Accountability

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code, please report it immediately to a festival organizer, volunteer, or security member.

Violations may result in:

⚠️ A formal warning

🚫 Removal from the event (without refund)

❌ Future participation restrictions

💛 Our Promise

By participating in Smile Paradise, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and help foster a community built on respect, safety, joy, and connection.

Together, we make this festival a space where everyone can truly shine and #ShareYourSmile.

Would you like me to prepare a French version next, keeping the same tone and layout for your bilingual festival page or printed booklet?
